What you’ll be working on

About Quilt

Quilt, a part of ConsenSys Mesh, is an Applied R&D team focused solely on pushing the Ethereum ecosystem forward - no strings attached to business functions.

The objective of the Quilt team is to improve the usability, capacity, and performance of Ethereum. Quilt has or will be working on areas related to EIP-1559, the merge of eth1 and eth2 Proof of Stake, EIP-3074, account abstraction, and execution environments (eth2 phase 2)

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement prototypes, tools, and simulations

  • Contribute to the team’s open source codebases

  • Engage in team’s design and code reviews

  • Propose, write, explain technical designs, approaches, solutions

  • Participate in the team’s stand up and agile development processes

  • Communication and collaboration with a fully distributed team
