About the job:
Role:Community Associate (Engagement Writer)
Work schedule:Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | overlapping EST & PST hours (within 8 AM to 7 PM PT)
Salary Range:Up to US$ 1,500.00 per month (depending on skills & experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Community Associate / Engagement Writer. This role is pivotal in building and engaging the company’s online community, creating compelling content, and managing multiple social media personas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Acting as community ambassadors, creating and sharing engaging content.
• Engaging and interacting with community members through "ghost" personas on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and other community channels.
• Generating simple content such as memes, copy, and AI-generated art.
• Maintaining quality accounts of different ghost personas
• Contributing to the strategic development of community engagement plans.
• Create crypto wallets and apply to bounties online

Tasks to fully own on the 1st week:

• Onboarding and training sessions to understand the mission and community engagement strategies.
• Setting up and familiarizing with ghost persona accounts.
• Initiating introductory meetings with key team members.
• Starting to create and post initial content under the ghost personas.
• Engaging with community members to build initial rapport and presence.

• Proven experience as community engagement specialist or related
• Previous experience in the blockchain or crypto industry is a plus!
• Has experience using the following tools:
• Project Management: Asana, Trello
• Communication: Slack, Zoom
• Social Media Platforms: Twitter, Discord, Instagram
• Content Creation: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI Content Generators
• Ability to generate creative, low lift content like memes and AI-generated art.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in social media engagement and ghostwriting.
• Strong task management, organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic thinking.
