Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the crypto, finance, or e-commerce industries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.

• Strong team spirit and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.

• English language proficiency certificate will be of a huge advantage.

• Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency.
