Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager, RevOps & Projects to join our team. This person will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects from initiation to completion, including optimizing our operational processes and projects. In some cases, the Manager, RevOps & Projects will also be involved in process design activities and solving operational issues. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead, track, drive and manage operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate to senior management as needed.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide ongoing communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project outcomes and operational metrics.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Operations Management

  • Own and manage assigned processes/issues to be resolved
  • Implement/lead/initiate process improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Design and document new processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and measure process performance using determined KPIs and report progress and outcomes to management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in project management and operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • PMP certification and/or experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen or Lean is desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (eg Asana) and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of operations management principles and practices.
  • Background in process improvement, design and documentation.
