About the opportunity: We are looking for a Finance Lead who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Finance team, which manages the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The team ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulations and accounting standards while analyzing financial data. The goal is to provide stakeholders with timely and reliable financial information for educated decision-making. Lead and oversee all finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Develop, implement, and refine accounting policies and financial procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and transparency. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including financial audits, tax laws, and internal governance standards. Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling to support decision-making. Manage supplier invoicing, employee reimbursements, cash management, and bank reconciliations, ensuring operational excellence. Partner with executive leadership to provide insights and recommendations on financial strategies and business growth. Establish and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to optimize financial operations. Enhance risk management practices and financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational resilience. Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance and compliance-driven culture.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus. 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role. Big 4 accounting firm experience (at least 4 years) is strongly preferred. In-house Web3/Crypto finance experience is highly valued, as it demonstrates adaptability to innovation and rapid market changes. Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution. A structured yet adaptable mindset, balancing the rigor of traditional finance with the flexibility needed for Web3 innovation.
