Web3 Growth Hacker

We’re seeking a Growth Hacker to fuel our expansion and amplify our impact in the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Design and launch creative growth experiments (e.g., referral campaigns, X threads, LinkedIn Posts, Video Editing) to attract projects to Enflux’s services.
• Community Building: Grow and engage our audience on X, LinkedIn, CMC, to spread our brand awareness.
• Campaign Execution: Develop viral content and partnerships (e.g., with influencers, DAOs) to showcase Enflux’s value and boost visibility.
• Trend Spotting: Be up to date with what’s happening in the crypto space. Leverage Web3 trends to position Enflux as the go-to market-making solution.
• Funnel Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks in our channel to improve conversion rates.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Measure growth KPIs, flag opportunities, and adjust strategies on the fly.

Requirements

• 2+ years in growth hacking, digital marketing, or business development (crypto or tech startup experience preferred).
• Strong grasp of crypto markets, tokenomics, and Web3 culture.
• Social Media Savvy: Proven ability to grow audiences on X or similar platforms.
• Creative Hustle: Track record of scrappy, high-impact growth tactics.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto launches (e.g., token sales, liquidity events).
• Connections in the crypto community (e.g., founders, influencers).
• Basic coding skills (e.g., Python) for automation or analysis. 
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with analytics platforms and basic data manipulation (e.g., Excel, SQL).
