We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Readiness Team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product launch management within a fast-paced supply chain environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the successful launch of our products

Position located in: Paris, France
Duration of internship: 6 months
Starting Date: ASAP

Your Mission

    • Project Support: Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and dependencies for multiple product launches.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Support communication and coordination between various teams, including Product, Hardware Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present data related to launch readiness, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
    • Documentation and Process Improvement: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including launch checklists, status reports, and process flows.
    • Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Risk Management: Assist in identifying and tracking potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
    • Go-to-Market Readiness: Support the team in ensuring all aspects of go-to-market readiness, including inventory availability, logistics, and customer support preparedness.
    • Support the creation of reports and presentations: Help create visually appealing and easy to understand presentations for various leadership levels.

What we're looking for

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.   
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.   
    • Proficiency in Office Tools (MS or Google Suite).   
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Interest in supply chain, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Good proficiency in English
