Web3 Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and visibility of our swap aggregation platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to reach our target audience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our swap aggregation platform and engage our target audience.
  • Brand Management: Elevate and maintain our brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and high-quality messaging.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, social media content and press releases.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEM, social media) to drive traffic, increase user engagement, and boost conversions.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong, vibrant community around our platform by engaging with users on social media, forums, and at relevant events.
  • PR Marketing: Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance our platform's visibility through media coverage, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Partnership/Collaboration Management: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and enhance the Spiderswap ecosystem.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the blockchain or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that align with the nature of the role and industry we are in, web3 / Solana
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEM and social media.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform marketing strategies within the context of web3 and Solana.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
