Binance is looking for motivated and passionate account managers for our NFT platform. This is an integral role managing the relationships of some of our most important accounts globally. You will need to work extensively with both external clients and internal teams, in a very fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with partners within the NFT ecosystem.
    • Driving volume in the exchange business, as well as marketing NFT marketplace.
    • Optimising service processes and systems, tracking customer performance.
    • Document user pain points, finding hidden needs, and communicating with various departments to provide solutions and areas for growth.
    • Actively engage with the NFT community and gain awareness of latest trends and community needs.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management, partnership management or business development, preferably with exposure within web3 or related sectors.
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Excellent communication skills - very responsive (we are a client-serving business).
    • Highly self driven and disciplined .
