As the Head of Product, you will be at the forefront of this revolution, owning the product roadmap, driving innovation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to make crypto accessible to all. With a proven fintech background and a knack for decision-making in a dynamic environment, you will shape the future of crypto adoption.

What you’ll do:

• Own the product roadmap, which includes helping to prioritize new products, conduct product validation, and develop product requirement documents.
• Lead go-to-market activities via coordinating internal stakeholders such as legal, marketing, etc.
• Deliver well thought-out product ideas with supporting information to get buy-in from internal stakeholders to prioritize product development.
• Use data and customer feedback to constantly improve our users’ experience

What you’ll need:

• Proven track record of 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto or web3
• Proactivity and ownership. We’re a small team that expects top productivity from all of its members. We expect you to be the person who aligns all the stakeholders and owns all the related processes.
• Decision-driven mindset. It’s great if you can analyze raw data, build dashboards, create data lakes, but the expected result of your work is to deliver features and products that drive business.
• Comfortable working in high-growth, constantly changing environments
• Upper-intermediate level of English
