The NEAR Foundation is hiring a Partner Engineer to join the Infrastructure team. This team helps drive awareness and adoption by connecting founders and their teams with the resources they need to succeed. We’re a global team that understands the technology and works well with product, technical, and business stakeholders. This role will help key partners assess the technical considerations of any blockchain project, provide technical support, and perform technical due diligence on new opportunities. The right fit for this position should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with little structure.  In this role, you will: Technical Consulting and Partner Support

Provide tailored technical advice to help partners implement scalable and efficient solutions on the NEAR platform. Manage and track key Web3 infrastructure milestones for partners, ensuring smooth implementation and milestone review.  Evaluate partner infrastructure, architecture, and milestones for optimal performance. Write technical RFPs for tech improvements or build missing parts of web3 infra for NEAR Ecosystem. Manage critical tech infrastructure projects to strengthen NEAR´s ecosystem narrative of blockchain for AI.

Cross-Functional Deal Support

Collaborate cross-functionally to close high-impact deals that enable significant WAU growth for NEAR Offer technical expertise to assess feasibility and ensure alignment with ecosystem goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with ecosystem teams to ensure the seamless development of DApps. Create a feedback loop process between ecosystem partners and key web3 infra providers for our ecosystem. 

Voice of Customer Feedback 

Act as a bridge between partners and NEAR’s product team to provide technical feedback and requests. Maintain an in-depth understanding of NEAR’s roadmap to align solutions with the long-term vision.

Requirements:

Proven experience in blockchain solutions architecture, technical consulting or infrastructure management. Expertise in Web3 technologies, Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols, and DApp development. Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience. Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and how communities and ecosystems form around them. Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable plans for partners and internal teams. Excellent project and time management skills. Ability to delegate and coordinate resources from across the NEAR ecosystem Basic Knowledge of Rust and Solidity  We value
