Build and scale backend systems powering Bitpanda’s Web3 stack — from tokenized assets to dApps Design, write, and deploy secure, efficient Ethereum smart contracts Deliver clean, production-ready Python code with strong performance and maintainability Own architecture decisions and drive technical direction across the team Mentor peers, review code, and help build a high-performance engineering culture

Who You Are

5+ years of backend experience with a strong focus on Python, Go or Typescript and system architecture Touched upon writing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum (Solidity/EVM) Skilled at integrating blockchain services, APIs, databases, and messaging queues Solid understanding of scalability, observability, and CI/CD best practices Passionate about Web3, hands-on, and driven to build real-world blockchain solutions What’s in it for you
