If you are looking for a role in an exciting new industry, at a dynamic company please keep reading.  About the role: As a DeFi Software Developer, you'll architect and maintain critical infrastructure for multi-chain DeFi operations, with primary responsibility for building and optimizing our connectivity stack that aggregates price streams from diverse DeFi protocols and exchanges. You'll ensure real-time, reliable data flows that power our liquidity-provision, Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain Java native services that interact with blockchain data Implement trading and yield strategies on DEXs, lending platforms and aggregators Build tools for wallet management, transaction monitoring and risk assessment Collaborate with traders, researchers and security experts to ship new strategies Stay ahead of DeFi trends and propose innovative opportunities Lead security-focused code reviews and enforce best practices

Required Skills and experience:

3+ years of professional software-development experience Proficiency in Java and strong Python skills Solid grasp of secure-coding practices and cryptography Habit of writing clean, well-documented, maintainable code Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork abilities Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English

Nice-to-haves:

Knowledge of blockchain consensus, RPCs and key management Hands-on or theoretical experience with EVM/Solidity and Solana/Rust Familiarity with Uniswap, Aave, Compound and other major DeFi protocols Background in algorithmic trading, market-making or financial services Open-source contributions in blockchain or DeFi Understanding of market microstructure and trading dynamics A strong culture is a common denominator among the most successful companies and B2C2 is proud to be a values-based company.
