The ChallengeÂ
We are currently looking for a QA tester to join our newly created in-house QA team within the Decentraland Foundation.Â
Responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the QA Lead and product teams to ensure that our new releases and live offerings are bug free and provide our users with a fast and reliable experience.Â
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about web3, crypto & blockchain, and technology in general. In this role you will work with various internal teams, communicating across multiple locations throughout the world.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Collaborate with Developers and the QA Lead to ensure quality and participate in all aspects of the platform testing lifecycle Â
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing of the DCL platformÂ
- Contribute to creating and editing test plans and schedules Â
- Regularly execute test cases and suggest improvements where identifiedÂ
- Escalating and documenting issues in coordination with product teamsÂ
- Â Attending product team stand-ups, demos, and development meetings
- Work with our Support team to understand live issues and challenges
- Be a point of truth for QA knowledge and championing of the QA processÂ
Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in QA, preferably in gaming and/or blockchainHands on experience creating and executing
- Test CasesGitHub and ZenHub knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization
- Good communicator, positive, proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn
- An interest in web3, blockchain, and game/product development is vital for this role
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Existing knowledge and/or existing participation in Decentraland would be an advantage
- Knowledge of automation tools and API testing is a plus
