WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with hiring managers and department leadership to advise on best practices for defining and creating job requirements
- Gain deep understanding of ecosystem products, services and the blockchain/crypto industry
- Provide constant communication between candidates and hiring team providing speedy and well guided process
- Source top tier talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and social media
- Conduct candidate introduction calls with applicants to gauge fit and optimize preparation for interview process
- Advise hiring leaders on recruiting market conditions, trends and innovate the recruiting tactics of the future by leveraging emerging tech in web 3.0
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates/talent through key performance targets and quick iteration as we continue to grow exponentially
- Learn and manage advanced automation capabilities through our technical recruiting stack Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Git, Discord and Telegram
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelors degree from a research curriculum based university
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and the DeFi space
- 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience at an agency or high growth startup
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- ATS (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Marketing Automation Tools: MailChimp, Gem...etc.
- Expert phone based recruiting skills
- Bonus points if you bring design, photography and/or social media skills
