Job Responsibilities:

• Support business on markets and projects implementation/expansion
• Support merchants on pre/post implementation - Eg. Onboarding, marketing campaigns, expansion, troubleshooting
• Ideate and enable processes to improvise business and operations implementations
• Build and improve reconciliation & settlements processes in Card and Pay regions
• Identify potential operational gaps in settlement with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with various tech teams for automation
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive automation processes
• Procurement, payments and fundings to respective partners
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to develop and form processes for token operations
• Fee and cost analysis on pricing models with potential partner
• Tabulate PNL costings for Card and Pay Program

Job Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years in payment operations experience
• Good knowledge in Card Payment industry, various payment networks like Mastercard, VISA
• Good knowledge in Card payments funds flow and merchant operations
• Basic Knowledge on finance report preparations - Eg. PNL, business reports
• Business operations such as account management and finance reconciliation experience is preferred
• Knowledge in Data analysis and SQL is preferred
• Critical thinker, problem solver with adaptability
