Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven person to help drive forward our ambitious growth plans throughout 2022 and beyond. You will be an important part of a tight-knit team who have a hands-on approach and are passionate about taking the business to the next level.

Content Creator & Video Editor is an integral part of our team. A person that has a spirit of initiative, is thorough, works well with others, can develop concepts. There will be a focus on developing the Boson Protocol brand through thought leadership, content creation, design, research, and other steep learning-based tasks.

We are looking for a skilled videographer (including post production/editing), someone who prides themselves on their speed of communication, attention-to-detail, and meticulous planning skills, but can adapt to change in a very fast-moving environment.

A strong understanding of digital marketing is essential, as are exceptional people and communication skills to work with an entirely remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Video montage and production
• Editing existing content
• Assembling all raw footage
• Inputting uncut rushes and sound to existing and new videos
• Creation of gifs
• Launch announcements
• Managing content creation with agencies
• Liaising with agencies
• Livestream recording
• Real life events recording
• Metaverse-based (e.g. Decentraland, Sandbox) events recording
• Provide support to and work closely with our Marketing team
• Support other teams where needed

Must have skills and attributes

• 2+ years of practical work in the production of engaging video content
• Social media understanding, particularly Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to produce content fast to make the most impact in fast-changing cryptocurrency environment
• Knowledge of media production and communication
• Creativity
• Organisational and time management skills
• A keen eye for detail and a critical mind
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
• Ability to use initiative
• A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication
• Photoshop/design skills would be a big plus
