Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design and rollout of IT Service Management and related processes of the IT Service Desk Team
    • Service Catalogue & Service level management
    • Problem & Knowledge management
    • Asset management
  • Develop and maintain documentation on above ITSM processes
  • Define, monitor and report on KPI related to ITSM processes for service monitoring
  • Work closely with IT Support Manager on continuous improvement on ITSM process to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk operations in a fast-paced MNC environment including end-user IT service, asset management and knowledge management
  • Familiar with end user systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft AD, Slack, Jira Service Management, MDM, video conferencing, etc
  • A good team player, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Good communications skills in both written and spoken in English
  • Holder of ITIL v3 foundation or relevant ITSM certification is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience with also be considered for junior role
