About the team:

The strategy trading team is a specialized team focusing on developing new trading strategies (algo) for our end users within crypto world. We aim to offer a wide range of strategies offering across different asset classes covering spot and derivatives, and also a set of sophisticated tools for both retail and professional investors. If you are passionate in trading, this is the perfect team to join. We are expanding quickly and have a very clear roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build the strategy from scratch.
• Create and maintain the project plan. Work closely with other teams to ensure product delivery in a smooth manner.
• Justify the business case, define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, participate in the testing cycle, manage marketing material, manage backlog, safeguard the entire product development cycle.
• Conduct market research and ensure our product offering at the best position.
• Bring new ideas and solutions to the team and make it happen.
• Grow the revenue in strategy space.
• Grow the quantitative community.

Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates at multiple seniority levels (Entry level to Senior level Product Managers).
• Ideally candidates should have relevant product manager or business analyst experience
• Solid product design and project management skills.
• Experience as product owner in agile teams is a valuable plus.
• A passion for building delightful customer facing products and experience.
• Take initiative and producing results.
• Capable to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
