Responsibilities
- Responsible for P2P trading, independently complete overall product planning and roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones, and reach goals.
- Ensure oversight and review of all End to End Risk Framework deliverables.
- Work in close coordination with all teams to identify, advise and escalate material product risks region by region.
- Build risk product on all AML/anti-fraud assessments.
- With the mindset of becoming the pioneer and leader in the industry, having the ability to research industry gameplay in-depth, discover user needs and detect market opportunities
Qualifications
- Candidates will be self-motivated, client focused and high energy level individual
- 5+ years experienced professional in payments/transaction services and risk management experience in ecommerce/crypto/finance industry.
- Ability to navigate across global and cross-functional teams.
- A master of identifying and solving ambiguous problems to drive customer and business value, excellent empathy and business-oriented thinking model, able to define and solve key problems
- A "Driver" mindset. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
