- Research and identify hot projects in the NFT/Defi space for our marketplace & discover products
- Competitor analysis and market research of the market to ensure that we stay competitive in the market
- Capture the most cutting-edge projects, explore innovative schemes as part of influencing the product strategy & planning of product roadmap
- Marketplace & Discover product design. Plan, organize and deliver new products and features according to business needs
- Conduct user research and data analysis, ensuring the best user experience for the web3 marketplace
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with experience in scaling up growth/marketplace products
- Strong grasp of user growth, user experience, and backend logic.
- Strong understanding in Web3/Defi, preferably a user of Defi/Web3 products.
- Experienced in leading and managing cross-functional teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Curious with a strong ability for self-learning, open to exploring innovative projects for driving product growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.
- 0 to 1 product management experience in a marketplace related product
- Professional work experience in building web3 products
