Qredo is a decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and product suite designed to unlock new opportunities for institutional investors in digital assets and decentralized finance. Qredo's Layer 2 blockchain protocol enables users to seamlessly transfer and settle BTC, ETH, and ERC-20 tokens. Assets are secured by Qredo’s advanced Gen 2.0 multi-party computation (MPC), which provides tier-1 bank security and institutional-grade governance.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our social, paid, community and email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead, inspire and scale marketing functions with an output and results oriented mindset. You must have exceptional ability to communicate effectively, manage stakeholders and report on the success of your division. Coming from a background of Web3, is desirable but certainly not mandatory. You will be responsible for driving growth, setting clear goals, and ensuring there’s a robust strategy to achieve our exciting targets, and ideally you are coming from a fast-paced culture and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

    • Set clear goals, create robust marketing strategies and produce concrete roadmaps for Marketing functions, including: social, paid, community and email marketing.
    • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the respective associated teams.
    • Set, monitor and report on the success of the marketing remits.
    • Be able to approve and monitor campaigns results, whilst suggesting changes to enhance performance.
    • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
    • Being able to understand Qredo’s roster of products and effectively communicate them to the market.
    • Highly organised and efficient with the creation of content calendars for everyone in your team and the ability to set clear weekly deliverables for them to hit.
    • Strong communication and cross-functional experience to work closely with Sales and Design if required.
    • Must be able to upskill colleagues if required and encourage a degree of self-enablement and self-empowerment.
    • Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy and ensure the results we’re getting from the various functions contribute as a key tangible benefit to the business in the form of leads or customers.
    • Systems in place to derive insights from existing data, qualify leads and ensure there's pipeline health.
    • Work closely with Product & Engineering to create a positive experience for our tech audiences.

Requirements

    • Ideally experience in Web3, but not mandatory.
    • Be an inspiring leader who can motivate, excite and drive passion in a team to get results.
    • Have some degree of experience in Email Marketing, including writing of campaigns, analysing open rates, click through rates, A/B testing, etc. and be able to suggest improvements to re-engage users.
    • Experience with a proven track record in growing social channels through native content creation.
    • Experience in creating paid ad campaigns with strong ROI.
    • Proven experience of 5+ years as Head of Marketing.
    • Experience in working with agencies, and stakeholders to manage expectations.
