We are seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) and Structuring professional to join our growing crypto market making team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, and other market participants. You will also play a crucial part in structuring and optimizing our market making strategies and operations to drive profitability and scalability.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy to onboard new crypto exchange partners and Projects
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with exchanges and other counterparties to maximize profitability
- Structure market making strategies, trade execution workflows, and risk management processes
- Work closely with the trading, technology, and operations teams to implement and optimize market making solutions
- Analyze market data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to continuously improve our market making performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto market making space
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Collaborate with the broader leadership team on strategic initiatives and business planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar BD and structuring role, preferably in the crypto and financial services industry
- Strong understanding of crypto market structure, trading, and market making concepts
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, and other market participants
- Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills
- Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving
- Familiarity with trading and market making technologies, infrastructure, and best practices
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Passion for the crypto and fintech industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
