What you’ll do

• Establish and optimize internal processes and help us maintain a lean and flexible working environment
• Work together with legal, finance, reporting, operational controls and accounting strategies and interfacing with service providers (e.g. lawyers, accountants, etc.)
• Design and create processes in areas including HR, finance, legal, IT, etc.
• Establishing processes that promote company efficiency, support company culture and values.
• Work right next to the CEO and deal with rapid decision making. What you’ll need
• At least 5 years experience working in an operations role for a fast-growth fintech startup
• Must have Crypto experience
• Should be able to grasp big pictures and concepts quickly, segregate into actionable steps and execute on them
• Demonstrate experience with complex fund flows and multitude on coin storage solutions
• Strong experience working with finance, legal, compliance on complex strategic matters
• Willingness to work on holidays and public holidays when needed
• Fluency in English is required
