About platform middleware team description:
The basic platform middleware department is oriented towards the entire company, providing stable basic software libraries and platforms. The team is built with the intent to enhance and offer standardised, unified development software libraries and self-develop the one-stop development platform for raising developmer efficiency.
Goals
- Understand the company's business and R&D processes, participate in the design of the OKX one-stop R&D platform products, including CICD, monitoring and alarm, CMDB, test systems, and other related systems;
- Adapt to the business team, deeply understand user needs, provide demand solutions, follow up on user demand delivery, and user feedback;
- Lead research on similar advanced products in the industry, improve product functionality, usability experience, etc;
Requirements:
- Have more than 5 years of working experience in a consumer facing tech industry/company, as a solution architect or product manager in one-stop development efficiency platforms and relevant systems;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, project management skills, and be able to drive project progress;
