Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in marketing and project operations.
- Facilitate the Community activities to maintain and grow community in numbers
- Manage daily operations of social media groups (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, etc.), including technical support, staff duties, quality checks, and Q&A.
- Prepare reporting materials for project updates.
- Monitor and track the product development schedule to ensure task completion.
- Assist in organizing events and activities for social media groups across platforms.
- Coordinate live Q&A sessions with the community on platforms like Discord and Telegram.
- Assist in organizing marketing events and maintaining a marketing calendar.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related with 0-2 years of business experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills is a must.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Comfortable in multitasking and can provide efficient results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge in customer service, use of social media (experience in Telegram, Discord and Twitter is preferred).
- Knowledge in crypto, blockchain, GameFi is a bonus.
- People with higher experience could be considered as Assistant Manager.
