About the role:

We are looking for a quant trader to join our trading team. With a key focus on execution algorithms and performance analytics, you will contribute to both our automated flow trading business and market making business, which have over 700+ trading products and 100 Billion$ volume including spot, future and options.

Responsibility

• Expand algo execution suite and enrich TCA/algo performance analytics
• Conduct research/pricing/execution/hedging to facilitate flow by using our automated trading infrastructure.
• Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine tune the performance
• Conduct daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L and reporting
• Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance
• Work with trading ops to improve our automated middle-office system
• Work with trading devs to improve our pricing/execution/booking logic

• Bachelors or Master’s degree from top global university
• Previous experience on algo execution (either buy-side or sell-side) is required; experience on SOR is a plus
• Think critically and strive for continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Proficient in at least one programming language for data analysis
