Who You Are:
This role is a junior position for someone with 1+ years of experience in project management or marketing department assisting. Basic knowledge & interest in crypto & blockchain technologies, NFTs, DeFi & CT is essential for this position. Since we’re a small team, you’ll wear many hats. You’ll work directly with the core team members at 0xPragma. We’re less interested in the length of your resume than your passion and willingness to build and grow web3 communities.
Ideally you are self motivated, intellectually curious, data-driven, knowledgeable and passionate about crypto and blockchains. You are eager to constantly research and learn more, staying up to date with current trends. You understand when and how to use different marketing channels and understand it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. You thrive in fast-paced environments and shift your priorities. You have experience in the following: Twitter, Discord, social media marketing, digital marketing, PR, research, copywriting.
What You Will Do / Your Mission:
- Track and manage ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Assistance to marketing managers within the department.
- Updating the current status of launched and prepared campaigns.
- Preparation and verification of materials and content for the campaign launches.
- Execution of small errands and tasks.
What You Bring to the Team / Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing assistant or junior project manager position.
- Basic knowledge & interest in blockchain technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of campaign creation and delivery.
- Project management skills.
- Organization skills and neatness.
- The ability to ping and push people for updates.
- The ability to work on multiple projects across clients.
