The Role:
We’re looking for a creative team-player with experience conceptualizing, managing and launching successful marketing campaigns for brands, athletes, and/or compelling personalities with the goal of product sell-through and earned media. We’re looking for a creative thinker who can think outside of the box. Autograph is the most premium NFT brand in the industry, creating and launching top-tier NFTs for the best athletes, teams, brands, media, music and film. The candidate for this position must understand premium, high-quality execution and will demonstrate this through past examples of their work. This role reports to the Marketing Director – sports and athletes, as such, this role will be focused on sports and athlete marketing campaigns, specifically. In this manager position, you will be expected to participate in collective product marketing plan discussions, create and update marketing decks, manage the execution of marketing campaigns, and be willing to support the greater business as needed. Sports-specific marketing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Director of Sports and Athletes with ideating around upcoming product launches and synthesizing information to craft internal marketing decks
- Work collaboratively with marketing department to let the best idea win and support colleagues as needed to move the project successfully across the finish line
- Proactively initiate discussions and meetings to keep all marketing projects tracking on time
- Manage all marketing project related documents, keeping necessary stakeholders up to date on important changes and deadlines
- Collaborate with partnerships department to understand current and prospective partner rosters to forecast effectively
- Effectively monitor budgets across all product/campaign launches
- Monitor campaign success against pre-approved KPI’s, thoughtfully summarizing campaign metrics to analyze project performance at the conclusion of each campaign
- Exercise informed decision making across all stages of the campaign, working autonomously when appropriate to seek answers as opposed to waiting for direction
- Professionally interact with high-profile partners and management groups
- Communicate effectively across all company departments
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience for brands, athletes, teams, influencers or media
- Strong ability to push complex projects across the finish line under tight timelines
- Example of marketing campaigns managed from ideation through execution
- Proven understanding of current trends and relevant topics/themes/ideas
- Passion for creative storytelling
- Examples of interacting with high-profile clients or partners
- Very strong organizational skills
- Well-versed in creating internal marketing decks
- Growth-mindset; you actively seek solutions to small and large challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of NFT space
