TRON is looking for a Community Relationship Manager passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. We are looking for collaborative people who work well in teams and lead by example. This role will plan and manage event resources, partners, speakers, logistics, budgets with a strong result-driven mindset.

You will:

• Be the bridge of Tron Dapps and Tron community members
• Run community engagement activities together with other marketing teams
• Host offline community meetups in US
• Sync up with all Dapp teams to send out community headlines every week
• Work with the content, design and web properties to develop community playbooks and initiatives to grow membership and enhance the TRON community experience
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking that maps to strategic pillars for our team and company
• Partnership with other crypto communities
• Assist with production of community content as needed Help the team to deliver interactive community content

Who you are:

• Deep understanding about crypto community culture
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency community experience is a must
• In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
• Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
• Interested in learning more about the Web 3.0 space.
