We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team as we revolutionize the fintech and financial markets industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of our cutting-edge products. 

Our client provides a full brokerage experience around account opening, funding, and trading. Users can buy stocks, ETF’s, Crypto, and fractional shares, all commission free.  Their mission is to give equal opportunity to all investors from new to pro, by building a social network where they all can benefit from.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our fintech solutions in the financial markets domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify user needs and market opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and iterate on product improvements.
• Champion agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery.
• Drive product launches and coordinate marketing and sales efforts to ensure successful product adoption.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a track record of delivering successful products to the market.
• Strong expertise in fintech and/or financial markets.
• Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data-driven and customer-centric approach to product management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or similar postgraduate degree is a plus.
