About the Role:

We are seeking a Web3 Commercial Operations Assistant to join our team. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will provide critical support to our bizdev and marketing teams, driving operational excellence through effective project management and data-driven performance measurement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with emphasis on data analysis, project coordination, and budget oversight to help advance our marketing, community, and GTM initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need operational and project management experience in early-stage startups. You must excel at quickly setting up and launching projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and proactively addressing any blockers or delays. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track projects across bizdev and marketing teams, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables are completed and strategic goals met;

• Setting and measuring KPIs to assess the performance of different campaigns;

• Assist in developing and executing marketing and community initiatives, and measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns by tracking KPIs, ROI, and other relevant metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement;

• Creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate the performance of the campaigns;

• Make Notion the place for all company activities and project management;

• Serve as the operational liaison between marketing, bizdev, and other departments;

• Operating with a data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform decisions and optimise performance and reporting.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, team assistant, or a related role, preferably within Web3 startups;

• Some Web3 / crypto experience is required, whether personal or professional;

• Experience working in marketing and business development (sales) teams;

• Previous working experience in an agency setting;

• Adept at swiftly designing and kicking off projects, and managing multiple streams in parallel;

• Experience in budget management and ROI analysis;

• Startup experience is essential—comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

• Notion wiz; 

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams;

• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
