Responsibility:

• Conduct daily security evaluations and research of blockchain protocols and wallets for defence security attacks;
• Assist in security risk assessments initiated by internal or external parties;
• Conduct security assessment, architecture design, and internal auditing for the blockchain, smart contracts, data analytics and visualization;
• Responsible for the wallet and blockchain protocol security vulnerability, including the mining, risk analysis, emergency response and security architecture, etc, and provide the status report to all stakeholders;
• Participate in cyber threat intelligence analysis and remediation;
• Implement security controls to comply with the company security policies;
• Assist the team leader to establish quality standards, policies and procedures, and guidelines on information security services from time to time.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• 4+ years of solid experience in information security-related capacity within FinTech/ Web3/ Blockchain/ crypto;
• Familiar with blockchain-related security knowledge, understanding of Bitcoin, Ethereum and other security architectures, as well as the principles and attack methods of blockchain protocol security vulnerabilities;
• Familiarity with wallet security systems is preferred, including terminal security, network security, memory security, storage security, key management security, development process security and user behaviour security;
• Proficient in mainstream database structures and algorithms, have in-depth research and unique personal insights on cutting-edge cryptography, encryption algorithms and decentralized network security protocols;
• Solid development experience in cryptocurrency trading platforms, large-scale blockchain applications, smart contracts or other distributed network projects is a BONUS;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, be good at communication, and actively integrate into the team;
• Able to respond to superiors immediately when online problems arise;
• Strong problem-solving, self-motivation, good analytical and project management skills;
• Able to work independently under pressure;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) written and spoken skills are a MUST.
