The Role

The Product team is responsible for driving the roadmap across Web, Mobile, API & UX. The team provides the strategic direction of client facing products, in alignment with company goals, through to overseeing execution.

The primary role of the Custody Integration Product manager is to understand the client needs, business requirements, internal operations process and to come up with a product vision. Own and manage the engineering team’s backlog and priorities. The role acts as a cross-functional link, bridging gaps between the business and the engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Research into competitors and using client feedback via Client Development / Customer Support teams to identify product gaps and opportunities across platforms and departments.
• Defining the product vision and strategy.
• Regularly launch new products and features, followed by assessment of performance and further iterations.
• Working closely with the Engineering teams to optimise execution of the product roadmap.
• Overseeing and owning the full process from idea generation to execution, ensuring there is collaboration with the relevant teams throughout the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Development / Management experience within the FinTech space.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree (Sciences, Engineering preferred)
• Experience in custody or finance operations; keen interest in cryptocurrencies and digital assets
• Ability to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
