Responsibilities

• Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional clients (HNWIs, private banks, HFs, VCs, etc.) globally
• Engage with project teams and crypto native institutions to generate leads and new business opportunities
• Originate new institutional clients and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, to deal negotiation, closing, including renewals and upsales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of customer service
• Understand the challenges of our clients and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
• Provide thought leadership for Binance, with a customer-focused, regulatory-awareness attitude
• Identify new business opportunities in the crypto industry especially within crypto wallet/ custody/ crypto prime services
• Educate new and existing clients on the exciting world of cryptocurrency

Requirements:

• Custodian sales experience within crypto sector
• Strong sales track records
• Skilled in prospecting techniques
• Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
