We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team supporting the expansion. You will be working closely with different corporate units on on-going expansion projects. This position will be based out of Hong Kong.

What the day to day looks like:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our corporate functions
  • Owning the candidate experience process and be a true candidate ambassador
  • Source and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical and people skills as well as culture fit
  • Facilitating interview and hiring decision-making processes with hiring managers, and the leadership team.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
  • Proactively build our talent pipeline

Ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with solid experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (in-house/agency side)
  • Solid experiences in hiring for corporate functions roles (HR/Finance/Legal/Admin)
  • Basic understanding of digital and financial services industries
  • Skills in partnering with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
  • The ability to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioural fit
  • Growth mindset and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
