Role summary
As Partnerships & Business Development Associate (or Manager, depending on previous work experience) at Cronos ID, you are in charge of driving Cronos ID domain sales by establishing co-marketing and business development partnerships with dozens of third party decentralized applications and other websites.

You identify and execute outreach to potential partners, manage incoming partnership requests, and act as point of contact throughout the partner onboarding process and maintain relationships. You assess and monitor key metrics of the Cronos ID project and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives. You work with cross-functional teams in order to orchestrate various support channels: product development, technical support, marketing support, Cronos Labs, etc.


Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership for the growth of Cronos ID domain sales.
    • Identify and execute outreach to potential partners of Cronos ID.
    • Manage incoming partnering requests from Web3 projects.
    • Analyze and recommend partnership actions: technical support, marketing support, partners introductions, etc.
    • Collect feedback from partners and the community, recommend improvements.
    • Manage ad hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

    • Strong passion and belief in the cryptocurrency space. The candidate is expected to be familiar with major Dapp, NFT, Web3 projects.
    • 2-4 years of work experience in consulting, product management, blockchain business development or research
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to run with tasks with little direction
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Previous work experience in either Web3 business development or Web2 domain business development is preferred
