Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operational reliability, stability and efficiency of our large-scaled systems;
2. Responsible for the end-to-end business cycle from product design to roll-out, ensure meeting the quality and efficiency standards;
3. Maintain service stability, automate operation workflows and solutions, such as: system observability, agile delivery, capacity planning, load balancing, dynamic site acceleration, security defenses, performance tuning etc.
4. Responsible for incident management, including SLA management, escalation and resolution;
5. Responsible for system optimization and evolution as well as continuous adaption of new technology;

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
2. Solid understanding of and experience in Linux operating system;
3. Familiar with design and development of Internet distributed system, experience in Java microservices (SpringBoot, NACOS, Apollo, Sentinel), middleware (gRPC, distributed ID, Kafka, distributed lock), and storage databases (MYSQL, Redis, HBase, ElasticSearch) etc;
4. Familiar with troubleshooting, system analysis and performance tuning;
5. Team player with ownership and accountability;
6. Proficiency in Chinese and English;
