As Senior Manager, Finance Operations, you will assist with all aspects of finance operations. An ideal candidate will have experience having streamlined and optimized processes and system improvements for complex global tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue assurance / financial reconciliations for the global platform operations
• Work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management
• Drive automation and improvement in financial processes and reporting
• Controlling overall AP and AR for the business unit ensuring that payments to partners are made on time and improving efficiency around billing faster to client
• Completes account level month-end closing reviews, procedures, and corrections as needed
• Support closure of statutory external & internal audits in a timely responsible manner
• Handle Adhoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time and supplement such requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with a fast-paced and scaled up tech start-up preferred

• Strong business acumen.
