Onsite in Manhattan
Compensation package:
$150K - $175K base + equity (1-3%)
+ commission structure (% of yearly revenue)

Customer base & ideal candidate network: DeFi protocols, OTC desks, RPC providers, Wallet connect companies, L2’s etc..
What You'll Do:
As our Head of Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and partnership initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading the sales and partnership processes, working autonomously to identify opportunities and cultivate relationships.
- Crafting and refining marketing strategies and messaging to resonate with our target audience.
- Establishing the foundations for long-term success by implementing highly structured processes and workflows.
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive results.
We're seeking a proactive and organized individual with a deep understanding of the crypto market.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in a similar role within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a track record of success.
- Existing contacts and network, particularly with high-level executives in crypto companies, L2s, and LSDs.
- Comfortable engaging with CTOs, CEOs, and Founders to foster strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
- Crypto-native with technical literacy and a comprehensive understanding of market trends and dynamics.
