Ellipsis Labs is a profitable, venture-backed New York-based startup building differentiated products and infrastructure in decentralized finance.

The company is the developer of Phoenix, the leading order book spot exchange on the Solana blockchain, and a top 10 DEX (decentralized exchange) with >$70B in volume since inception in 2023. Additionally, we are one of the most active and prominent on-chain market makers in crypto.

All roles are in the Ellipsis Labs office in New York City.

Ellipsis Labs is seeking a growth manager to drive adoption, partnerships, and operational excellence across our products. You’ll help scale Phoenix and future offerings like Phoenix Perps by managing external relationships, developing internal systems, and executing growth initiatives that bring in users, liquidity, and integrations.

In this role, you will:

• Build and manage a pipeline of external partnerships, including market makers, wallets, aggregators, and infrastructure projects, from sourcing and qualification through execution
• Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to deliver integrations end-to-end, defining technical requirements and ensuring smooth launches
• Develop and own marketing and communication channels, including company social media, partner announcements, and launch campaigns
• Build user support and internal operational flows, ensuring questions, feedback, and issues are resolved efficiently
• Represent Ellipsis Labs in external conversations, calls, and select industry events
• Create concise marketing and partner materials, such as decks, one-pagers and product overviews, to support outreach and business development
  
  

• Experience in business development, operations, or marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or trading (exchange, market maker, wallet, or related)
• Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and follow-up
• Clear, concise communicator who values substance and clarity over jargon
• High agency and strong judgment, capable of operating independently in ambiguous situations
• Comfort working cross-functionally with engineers, design, legal, and leadership
• Data-oriented mindset with experience managing metrics and dashboards
  
  

• Experience with Solana or other high-performance blockchains
• Background at an exchange, DeFi protocol, or trading firm
• Experience executing marketing campaigns or managing brand presence
• Existing relationships with market makers, wallets, or other crypto ecosystem partners
