What You’ll Do

You will be an early member of a growing global team, creating a better MarTech stack and improving processes throughout the entire funnel by working with key stakeholders to identify, and resolve, bottlenecks, blockages, and gaps in the marketing team’s operations needed to continue rapidly scaling and maturing. At Fireblocks, you will have the opportunity to work with, and be mentored by, some of the top professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure marketing data is clean and accurate
  • Support the marketing team with lead management, email marketing, and customer journey orchestration
  • Continuously improve and optimize marketing automations and processes
  • Plan and implement marketing tech stack changes and improvements
  • Assist the marketing department by implementing and tracking omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and integrate marketing activities in Hubspot
  • Act as the guardian of our data and campaign lists, ensuring data quality and timely launches to our audiences
  • Campaign audience list processing and management

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Hubspot strongly preferred.
  • Marketing operations or Performance Marketing experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Proven cross functional experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities 
  • Be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong Google Analytics experience
  • Background in SaaS or fast growing startups highly preferred

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $48,000 - $63,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
