At its core, Ecosapiens is a platform that enables anyone to live their most eco-friendly life and fight climate change - and we're using web3 to make it happen. Our core product is the world's first carbon-backed collectible called an Ecosapien that makes it 1-click easy for you to sequester real life carbon all while showcasing your impact through digital art. Ecosapiens is backed by leading venture capital firms: Menlo Ventures, Slow Ventures, Boost VC, and CRV. We're looking for an ambitious, creative and scrappy Head of Marketing to shape our story, launch products to market, lead web3 bottoms up and top down strategies, and grow the community.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Hire and developing the marketing team
• Oversee social media and digital marketing
• Establish partnerships in the web3 and NFT space
• Work with Product and BD in defining PLG and Growth-Product
• Oversee community engagement including events, AMAs, and other community development programs
• Drive revenue by ensuring there is enough demand for Ecosapien drops and intermediate sales
• Determine and set goals and KPIs for marketing department
• Manage P&L/budgets for Marketing

• 2-3+ years experience at a high-growth venture-backed startup
• 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience with growing web3 or NFT communities
• Exceptional writing, and communication skills
• Metrics-oriented, with a bias for measuring, reporting, and improving KPIs
• Experience developing strong brands
• Experience developing go-to-market strategy with community-led-growth (CLG) and product-led-growth (PLG)
• Proven leadership experience
• Bonus points: Growth-hacking experience, climate-tech background, passion for solving climate change, previous experience at a climate-focused organization
