ONE37pm is looking for an energetic, curious, and experienced Managing Editor to join our growing team. If the fast changing world of male culture across web3/NFTs, Gaming, Fashion, Sports, Music, Collectibles & Popular Culture is all of interest to you, then ONE37pm is the perfect spot. The ideal candidate for the role brings an open mind to the workplace daily, ready to get their hands dirty & learn on the fly, as the media & content landscape evolves daily just as we do. We are looking for this hire to come with experience of running an editorial team that has published content to a site, as well as understand the importance of social & modern day distribution tactics. This role will both oversee the editorial staff, as well as manage the freelance network. There will be cross collaborative work with our video & creative team, and will report directly to the Editor in Chief / General Manager.

The role is based in NYC & will be a hybrid of remote and in-person work.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Oversee the content creation process from conception to writing through editing & publishing across platforms
• Supervise team of editors & writers
• Work with the Editor in Chief to help define ongoing editorial direction & implement across platforms so that the brand is presented on a unified front.
• Be accountable for growth across site & newsletter via best practices including SEO & strategic growth drivers
• Oversee freelance network
