What You'll Do:

• Lead the UX design process for our cutting-edge blockchain and Web3 projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and engaging user experiences

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for development teams

• Contribute to the overall design strategy of the company

What You'll Have:

• Exceptional design portfolio

• 6+ years of experience in UX design for digital products

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie, Framer)

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts is preferred but not required
