As Head of Private Client Growth, you will own our high net worth growth strategy and channel end-to-end.

The Opportunity

• Onboard the next wave of high net worth individuals into DeFi

• Join a high-growth early stage startup redefining a vertical

• Source and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals interested in crypto exposure or earning yield on crypto

• Grow existing relationships through referrals

Who you are

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, Business Development, Client Services or Wealth Management Structuring professional

• You have extensive experience building relationships with high net worth individuals

• You have a demonstrated track record in new business development and client management

• You can construct thoughtful argumentation on investment opportunities

• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships

• You have deep interest in crypto markets

• Experience in crypto is a plus, but not required
