Role Overview:
We are searching for a Marketing Manager, this role will focus on managing marketing campaigns, understanding customers, tracking metrics and staying updated on industry trends. Your mission: To collaborate with different teams to achieve business objectives and to drive growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing product and performance marketing campaigns
- Leading cross-functional teams to successfully launch campaigns, create sales tools and collaterals, and drive growth.
- Acquiring deep customer knowledge through market research, persona, segmentation analysis, customer interviews and internal business metrics.
- Establishing, reporting on and communicating key performance indicators and understanding the dynamics of both direct and indirect channel sales.
- Being the eyes and ears for the company on what is hot, new in tech and the crypto space
- Leading communication of new product updates, features, capabilities, messaging, positioning
- Day-to-day operation of ad platforms and reporting tools
- Maintaining performance and oversight against goals and proactively advise the business on any updates or issues in the pipeline
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders â primarily marketing, client service, sales enablement, and business development -Â to drive strategy and local support success and marketing to source and share inspirational success stories and testimonials
