What You'll Do

• Support the legal contract management and corporate documents process by tracking contract status, prioritizing contracts for review, and processing executed contracts in accordance with department procedures
• Maintain an efficient legal filing system and manage the retention of electronic documents
• Identify and help implement process improvements
• Provide general administrative support to the Legal team, while interacting cross-functionally with other departments and outside counsel
• Take meeting minutes and provide action items for relevant parties
• Assist attorneys with aspects relating to compliance with applicable laws, corporate governance policies, and supervisory procedures
• Manage trademark and patent filings with outside counsel

What we are looking for

• 2 years minimum of experience in the areas of general corporate law (fintech, blockchain, or banking experience is a huge plus)
• Project Management experience
• Good understanding of standard contractual clauses and experience with independent drafting of simple agreements under attorney guidance and supervision (e.g., confidentiality agreements, statements of work, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on written and verbal communication
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management skills
• Self-motivated and passionate about your work

This position will be open to for all applicants on the east coast as well.
