Role Overview:

The Head of Strategy will be a pivotal figure in steering the organization’s strategic direction, effectively bridging the realms of business development, growth, product management, and marketing. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster business growth, market penetration, and brand elevation, positioning us as a front runner in the decentralized AI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with our vision and objectives, focusing on sustainable growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
• Business Development Integration: Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and opportunities that will drive growth and market expansion.
• Growth and Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment, leveraging market insights and trends to drive brand positioning and user acquisition.
• Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, identifying emerging trends, potential threats, and new opportunities within the decentralized AI landscape.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the wider community, to support strategic initiatives and promote our mission.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of blockchain and AI technologies.
• Product management and product marketing background is a must
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution within a technology-focused environment, ideally with experience in AI, blockchain, or decentralized tech sectors.
• Strong business acumen with experience in business development, growth, and marketing.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Dynamic leadership qualities, with experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
• Adaptive and proactive, with the ability to navigate the fast-paced and evolving landscape of decentralized AI technology.
