Responsibilities

• Campaigns execution: 1)Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration, and tracking results of campaigns. Likely to include PR, events, social media 2) Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics 3)Sensitive towards users needs and experience on the Binance platform, able to innovate new ways to improve user experience /interaction/ perception of the brand in local context; 4) A sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy and strong communication ability
• Global co-operation and collaboration: 1) Work with global performance team to maximise outcomes of global marketing activity for Binance New Zealand. This will include: Tracking and optimising performance (conversion rates, cost per acquisition) of acquisition marketing activity; Localising messaging to improve relevance and performance 2)Gather best practice and global input to assist with activities e.g. PR, sponsorship, events
• Organisational Capability: 1) Contribute to Binance New Zealand's position as a thought leader in the New Zealand & Global digital exchange industry 2) Represent Binance New Zealand at industry events
• Governance, Reporting and Sustainability: 1)Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations to minimise risk and enhance Binance New Zealand's reputation 2) Strict adherence to all Binance New Zealand’s internal security and confidentiality requirements.

Requirememts

• More than 5 years experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Fluent in English and strong in communication, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
• Team leadership experience is important for the future
• Detail and results-orientated, adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets and charts
• Basic experience in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing software will be a plus
• Good understanding of the crypto asset marketplace including cryptocurrencies, utility tokens, NFT’s, DeFi and GameFi will be a plus
• Strong communication skills and an ability to deliver to deadlines.A bias for results and execution, and the humility and confidence to put team success ahead of self
• Effective project management skills, the ability to think laterally, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are essential.
