The role:

Parallel Finance is looking for a Head of Operations (remote-first) who can operate at both a strategic level and be hands-on with people and process management. As the Head of Operations at Parallel Finance, you must have strong planning, task management, and people management skills. The role requires you to manage key functions within operations including: finance, payroll, HR, talent, and legal. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving market environment (DeFi) and has the desire to learn about and excel at blockchain startup. We are building the future of DeFi, something that has limited precedence, and the Head of Operations will be a critical part of building a new financial future for everyone.
