Objectives of this Role

• Own and manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with Chainlink Labs' goals.
• Drive process improvement efforts within the marketing department, identifying areas of inefficiency, and implementing solutions to optimize workflows.
• Lead strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and achieve desired outcomes.
• Own and manage marketing OKRs, track performance, and ensure cross-marketing exposure to support overall department success.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
• Continuously assess and identify opportunities for marketing team growth and development, while providing mentorship and guidance when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
• Project management experience, ideally within a marketing context.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing context.
• Strong Interest and understanding of blockchain/web3/crypto technology.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g. iterations and sprints).
• Asana experience.
• Knowledge of Chainlink.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OKRs and experience with performance tracking and reporting.
• Marketing budget experience.
• Experience designing marketing strategies.
• Management experience is a plus.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
